Timesheet Rules

Please email all your timesheets to timesheets@workforceresourcing.co.uk with the subject ‘Timesheet’. Any other method of contact may result in failure to process your timesheet. The timesheet deadline time will be confirmed in your ‘Confirmation of Assignment’. The photo of the timesheet must be clear, and it must have all * fully completed as explained on the timesheet and signed by an authorised signatory. If there are any disputes with the timesheet, you will receive email correspondence within 100 hours (Friday 13:00) of the timesheet deadline.

 

All Timesheets must be emailed to timesheets@workforceresourcing.co.uk - Timesheet Deadline Time & Day: 09:00 – Monday 

If the deadline is missed, payment will be deferred to the following week, should your timesheet submission meet the following timesheet deadline time, date, process & be approved by the Hiring Company (Code A). 

Working Week (Payment Dates)

Rules 1 to 12

Rule 1

A new timesheet must be completed for each Site Address (Code E) &/or Job Title (Code D) worked.

Rule 2

Your timesheet must be printed off by yourself, the worker (Code C); we will only accept hand-completed timesheets.

Rule 3

Your timesheet must only consist of one working week – a clear breakdown of working weeks is set out in the Confirmation of Assignment.

Rule 4

All breaks will be unpaid, unless confirmed by a member of Workforce Resourcing via contact@workforceresourcing.co.uk or as confirmed within your Confirmation of Assignment. Please make sure you ask about the duration and timings of your scheduled break/s during your induction; this is the Worker (Code C) responsibility.

Rule 5

You will not be entitled to any food, travel, or any type of expenses unless confirmed by a member of Workforce Resourcing via contact@workforceresourcing.co.uk or as confirmed within your Confirmation of Assignment.

Rule 6

Please email all your timesheets to timesheets@workforceresourcing.co.uk with the subject ‘Timesheet’. Any other method of timesheet submission may result in failure to process your timesheet. The photo of the timesheet must be clear, and it should be fully completed and signed by an authorised signatory. If there are any disputes with the timesheet, you will receive email correspondence within 100 hours (13:00 Friday) of the timesheet deadline.

Rule 7

We will only accept one timesheet per email. If you provide more than one timesheet per email, all timesheets attached will not be considered.

Rule 8

If there is a case where you are unable to obtain a signed timesheet by an authorised representative of the Hiring Company (Code A), you must still provide a timesheet to timesheets@workforceresourcing.co.uk. Workforce Resourcing will not put your hours forward for consideration until we have received a timesheet sent to timesheets@workforceresourcing.co.uk by you, the worker (Code C).

Rule 9

You must only use the Workforce Resourcing timesheet that is provided in the Confirmation of Assignment; we will not accept any other versions of a timesheet or any other company’s timesheet. (There is one acceptance to this rule, and you can use a timesheet that can be found on our website www.workforceresourcing.co.uk, but you will need to make sure you have chosen the correct Working Week (Code B). This will be confirmed on your Confirmation of Assignment.

Rule 10

If you have done too many shifts at the same Site Address (Code E) in the same Working Week (Code B) to fit all on one timesheet, please complete a second timesheet. Please do not write outside the boxes or put more than one shift on a line, as this may be rejected.

Rule 11

You can only submit your timesheet from the email address you have provided on your registration forms. If you do provide from another email address, your timesheet may be rejected. To update your email address, please email contact@workforceresourcing.co.uk requesting a “Change of Details Form” to be emailed out to you.

Rule 12

If your timesheet has been submitted to the correct timesheet deadline, we then for all timesheets submitted put forward for consideration by requesting approval from the Hiring Company (Code A) payroll to gain approval &/or check that this matches with their records, if your timesheet to their record do not match, we will relay this back to you via the email that you have submitted your timesheet. There could also be certain times that we are not able to come to an outcome before the due pay date. Should this happen, Workforce Resourcing reserves the right to query this dispute for a reasonable timeframe, meaning there can be delays in payments. Workforce Resourcing will also email back to the email you have submitted your timesheet, advising you of the next steps.
