Pension
All PAYE employees are enrolled into the pension scheme after 3 months of employment. Should you, the Worker (Code C), wish to be enrolled sooner, please email contact@workforceresourcing.co.uk and request to be enrolled. PLEASE NOTE: that without an email response back from contact@workforceresourcing.co.uk, your request to be enrolled sooner into the pension scheme would not have been actioned.
We legally must enrol you into the pension scheme after 3 months of being employed, but if you wish to opt out once we have enrolled you, the Worker (Code C) you would need to contact NEST Pensions at the number provided below. There can be occasions where the pension money deducted by enrolling can be repaid, but we cannot guarantee this. If this is the case, where money can be paid back, you will possibly be paid back on a future payslip by Workforce Resourcing should we be requested to do so by the Pension scheme.
